taco night with the boys

I know, I know – it’s been nearly two weeks since I last updated but I’m here to make it up to my faithful readers (all three of you!) with pictures of food. Can’t go wrong with that right? This past Saturday John, Jason and I tried out 3 new recipes – spinach & artichoke dip, pico de gallo (salsa) and Taquería style tacos. The end result was a fun (and messy) Mexican dinner night with two of our nephews constantly bugging us to play instead of cook/eat.
