Synopsis: Columbus (Jesse Eisenberg) has made a habit of running from what scares him. Tallahassee (Woody Harrelson) doesn’t have fears. If he did, he’d kick their ever-living ass. In a world overrun by zombies, these two are perfectly evolved survivors. But now, they’re about to stare down the most terrifying prospect of all: each other. (rottentomatoes.com)

My thoughts:
- Usually I’m not a zombie movie fan, so I was even a little surprised that I wanted to see this. And even more surprised that I loved it!
- I loved the comedy aspect and just that it (it being the movie) didn’t take itself seriously. Sure there were lots of gory moments but there were just as many funny moments (um, Bill Murray? Enough said.)
- I’m really liking Jesse Eisenberg. He reminds me of Michael Cera except with more emotion, better acting and cuter. Then Woody Harrelson was perfect in his role, as were the rest of the cast.
- I don’t want to give too much away but one of the characters follows a certain set of rules and I enjoyed how that was integrated into the movie (visually and story-wise).
Overall: Great, funny movie that I would definitely recommend watching. Even if you don’t like zombies. And remember.. Rule #1: Cardio.
