I recently read that listening to music is a good way to de-stress. In college, I remember sometimes I’d just lie in bed after class and put on my headphones or blast music from my laptop. It was my way to relax, regardless of whether or not I got actual sleep. I found myself doing that this past weekend and even yesterday at work, I purposely used music to calm my nerves. Whether it was lightly bobbing my head along to whatever I was listening to or soundlessly singing the words. It made me feel a little more at ease.

So, here are three new songs that have made it onto my playlist and that I hope you’ll enjoy!

@reena – yay! i had a feeling you would.. it was playing in AE while we were shopping =P i heard about the band a while ago and finally dl’ed their song about a week ago. their name reminds me of kimmer haha.
